Service Rates

                    	$100 per hour for support during regular business hours.
            	
	$85 per hour for pre-paid support during regular business hours.
	
	$60 per hour in-shop, phone, or on-line support during regular business hours.
            	
	Regular business hours are 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM.
            	
	Work performed outside of regular hours is billed at 
	1.5 times the regular hourly rate.
            	
	Travel outside of 30 miles or 60 minutes will be billed at ¾ normal rates.
